Our Center has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Our TWC assigned number is: ___S3911____.

The Center’s programs are approved by TWC.

Program Participants must address their concerns about the center or any of its educational seminars by following the grievance process outlined in the center’s brochure. (Please see page _6__ of the brochure.) If, as a participant, you were not provided with this information, please inform the Center’s management.

Program Participants dissatisfied with the center’s response to their concerns, or who are not able to file a complaint with the center, can file a complaint with TWC.
